Day 1:

Arrive Arusha

• Arrive at the Kilimanjaro international airport, met and transferred to the Arusha Hotel.
• Dinner and overnight at the Arusha Hotel. 

Day 2:

Arusha to Western Serengeti

• Breakfast then you will be transferred to the Arusha airport for the scheduled Regional air flight to Grumeti airstrip departing 08h30. Met on arrival and continue on a game viewing drive en route to the camp arriving for lunch. After lunch proceed on the afternoon game viewing drives in the Serengeti National the park.
• Dinner and overnight at the Tented Camp in Western Serengeti

Day 3:

Western Serengeti

• Enjoy 2 full days for unlimited game viewing drives, the park has large concentration of plains animals that includes zebra; buffalo, gazelle, wildebeest and other species that make this their home. Lion, Cheetahs and other cats are never far away from these herds
• Meals and overnight at the Tented camp in Western Serengeti.

Day 4:

Western Serengeti to Central Serengeti National Park

• Breakfast then take off on a leisurely game drive towards the central part of the park onto the other Tented camp arriving for lunch. After lunch proceed on the afternoon game viewing drives in this side of the park.
• Dinner and overnight at the Tented camp

Day 5:

Central Serengeti

• Full days in this side of the park. Sitting on the wildebeest’s migration route, these camps offers a unique opportunity to experience the true feeling of out of the African wilderness.
• Lunch, dinner and overnight at the Tented camp.

Day 6:

Departure

• Breakfast at the camp, then transfer to the Seronera airstrip to catch the scheduled flight to Kilimanjaro international airport and connect with your departure flight home.

Services Included Are:

• 5 nights on full board basis in Arusha, Western Serengeti and Central Serengeti.
• Ground transportation in a 4x4 top of the market land cruiser vehicle on exclusive basis with services of a driver guide
• All game drives.
• All park fees.
• Kilimanjaro airport transfers
• Local airfares from Arusha to Serengeti return
• 2 bottles of water (300ml) per person per day in the vehicle

 
Services not included

• International airfares and visa entry charges to Tanzania (About US$50 per person)
• Items of personal use e.g. drinks, laundry, telephone, tips, personal travel insurance
• Extra/outdoor activities offered by the individual lodges or hotels and any other service not mentioned above

Terms and conditions:

• Children: 2-12 years if sharing with adults are charged 75% of the adult rates, if on own room full amount as adults. 
• Ketas Safaris requires a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost upon confirmation of the safari and the balance 60 days prior to the arrival for clients to safeguard the reservation.
• Reservations will be cancelled if the final payment is not received by the due date with full loss of deposit.

Cancellations:

• All cancellation must made in writing to Ketas Safaris and all cancellation will be charged a cancellation penalty depending on the number of days before tour departure:
• Between 45 days and 30 days      No refund of the deposit
• Less than 30 days                        No refund of the land cost
• There is no refund of any unused portion of your safari once commenced. Cancellation penalties on Airfare are additional and are not included in the above cancellation charges.

  
Important Information:

• Tour cost are based on all known costs and rates of exchange as at the 01st November 2011, any significant changes beyond the control of Ketas Safaris will be passed on to passengers.
• Ketas Safaris also retain the right to alter any arrangements due to local conditions. Ketas Safaris also retains the right to refuse any person from participating or continuing any tour for any reason or if that person causes or is deemed to cause hazard and/or inconvenience other passengers.
