Day 1:

Arrive Nairobi

• This day arrive at the Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta international Airport and transferred to a Hotel in Nairobi. Dinner and lunch not included in the Nairobi hotels
• Overnight in Nairobi. (Bed and Breakfast)  

Day 2:

Nairobi to Samburu Game Reserve

• Breakfast at the Hotel. 09h00 depart via the Great North Road to Samburu Game Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at the Safari Lodge or Tented Camp- followed by afternoon game viewing drives in the Samburu game reserve –the Kenya’s rugged, semi-arid part of the North Eastern province.
• Dinner and overnight in Samburu Game Reserve (Safari Lodge or Tented Camp). (Full Board Basis)

Day 3:

Samburu Game Reserve

• • Breakfast then morning and afternoon game viewing drive in the Samburu game reserve. This game reserve is world renowned for rare species of game, -the giraffe necked gazelle (gerenuk), gravy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and the Beisa Oryx. This reserve offers the best chance of seeing a Leopard along the riverine forest.
• Lunch, Dinner and overnight in Samburu Game Reserve (Safari Lodge or Tented Camp). (Full Board Basis)

Day 4:

Samburu Game Reserve to Sweetwaters Tented Camp in Ol Pejeta Ranch

• Breakfast at the lodge; depart back to Nanyuki arriving in time for lunch at the Sweet Waters Tented camp. After lunch depart on the afternoon game viewing drives in the Sanctuary.
• Dinner and Overnight at the Sweet Waters Tented camp. (Full Board Basis)

Day 5:

Sweetwaters to Maasai Mara Game Reserve

• Morning game drives returning to the camp for breakfast, after breakfast depart to Nairobi and onto the Nairobi Wilson airport to catch the scheduled afternoon flight to Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Met on arrival and continue on the afternoon game drives in the park
• Dinner and overnight in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve (Safari Lodge or Tented Camp). (Full Board Basis)

Day 6:

Maasai Mara Game Reserve

• Breakfast at the lodge. Full day at the Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game viewing drives. Lunch at the lodge, followed by more game viewing drives across the plains. In the months of August to November, the migration of the wildebeest plays out in the open plains – a spectacle not to be missed
• Dinner and overnight in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve (Safari Lodge or Tented Camp). (Full Board Basis)

Day 7

Maasai Mara Game Reserve to Nairobi onto departure

• Early morning game viewing drive retuning to the lodge for breakfast. Transfer to the airstrip for the scheduled flight to Nairobi Wilson airport. Met on arrival and transferred to the Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta international airport to connect your departure flight home.

Services Included Are:

• 1 Night in Nairobi on bed and breakfast only
• 5 Nights full board basis at the Sweetwaters Tented Camp, Samburu Game Reserve and Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
• Ground transportation in a 4x4 safari Land cruiser on sharing basis with services of a driver guide
• All game drives
• All park fees
• Ground transportation in a 4x4 vehicle on per seat basis in the Maasai Mara
• Return airfares from Nairobi to Maasai Mara Game Reserve
• Nairobi airport transfers
• Visit to a cultural village in Maasai Mara
• 2 bottles of water (300ml) per person per day in the vehicle.

• International airfares and visa entry charges to Kenya (About US$50 per person)
• Items of personal use e.g. drinks, laundry, telephone, tips, personal travel insurance
• Extra/outdoor activities offered by the individual lodges or hotels and any other service not mentioned above

Terms and conditions:

• Children: 2-12 years if sharing with adults are charged 75% of the adult rates, if on own room full amount as adults. 
• Ketas Safaris requires a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost upon confirmation of the safari and the balance 60 days prior to the arrival for clients to safeguard the reservation.
• Reservations will be cancelled if the final payment is not received by the due date with full loss of deposit.

Cancellations:

• All cancellation must made in writing to Ketas Safaris and all cancellation will be charged a cancellation penalty depending on the number of days before tour departure:
• Between 45 days and 30 days      No refund of the deposit
• Less than 30 days                        No refund of the land cost
• There is no refund of any unused portion of your safari once commenced. Cancellation penalties on Airfare are additional and are not included in the above cancellation charges.

  
Important Information:

• Tour cost are based on all known costs and rates of exchange as at the 01st November 2011, any significant changes beyond the control of Ketas Safaris will be passed on to passengers.
• Ketas Safaris also retain the right to alter any arrangements due to local conditions. Ketas Safaris also retains the right to refuse any person from participating or continuing any tour for any reason or if that person causes or is deemed to cause hazard and/or inconvenience other passengers.
