4 Nights ‘Safari and Beach’ Tanzania Holiday

Highlights:

Day 1:

Arusha to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

• This morning depart from Arusha through the Maasai Steppe onto the Ngorongoro highlands arriving for lunch at the lodge. After lunch spend rest of the afternoon at leisure
• Dinner and overnight at the Safari Lodge on the Crater Rim. (Full Board Basis) 

Day 2:

Ngorongoro Crater

• Early breakfast at the Safari Lodge. After breakfast descend to the floor of the crater and have an experience of a lifetime, as you watch literary thousands of game that Africa has to offer. Have lunch boxes by the Hippo pool, and then continue on the afternoon game viewing drives. Late afternoon ascend and return to the Lodge.
• Dinner and overnight at the Safari Lodge on the Crater Rim (Full Board Basis)

Day 3:

Ngorongoro to Arusha onto Zanzibar

• Breakfast at the Safari Lodge. Depart to Arusha and connect the scheduled flight to Zanzibar international airport. Met on arrival and transferred to the beach resort. lunch not included during these days
• Dinner and overnight at the Safari Lodge or Tented Camp.

Day 4:

Zanzibar Island

• Full day in Zanzibar to enjoy the beach, there many outdoor activities available which you could participate in e.g. Stone Town Tours, Jozani Forest Tours, Spice Farms Tours among others, all payable direct to the providers at the hotel
• Dinner and overnight at the Beach Resort and Spa

Day 5:

Departure

• Breakfast at the hotel; spend rest of the day at leisure, later in the afternoon transfer to the Zanzibar international airport to catch your departure flight home.

• 2 nights on full board basis at a choice of Safari Lodges situated on the Crater Rim
• 2 Nights half board accommodation at a choice of Beach resorts and Spas
• Ground transportation in a 4x4 top of the market land cruiser vehicle on exclusive basis with services of a driver guide
• All game drives.
• All park fees.
• Crate service fees
• Local flights from Arusha to Zanzibar
• Arusha and Zanzibar airport transfers
• 2 bottles of water (300ml) per person per day in the vehicle

 
Services not included

• International airfares and visa entry charges to Tanzania (About US$50 per person)
• Items of personal use e.g. drinks, laundry, telephone, tips, personal travel insurance
• Extra/outdoor activities offered by the individual lodges or hotels and any other service not mentioned above

Terms and conditions:

• Children: 2-12 years if sharing with adults are charged 75% of the adult rates, if on own room full amount as adults. 
• Ketas Safaris requires a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost upon confirmation of the safari and the balance 60 days prior to the arrival for clients to safeguard the reservation.
• Reservations will be cancelled if the final payment is not received by the due date with full loss of deposit.

Cancellations:

• All cancellation must made in writing to Ketas Safaris and all cancellation will be charged a cancellation penalty depending on the number of days before tour departure:
• Between 45 days and 30 days      No refund of the deposit
• Less than 30 days                        No refund of the land cost
• There is no refund of any unused portion of your safari once commenced. Cancellation penalties on Airfare are additional and are not included in the above cancellation charges.

  
Important Information:

• Tour cost are based on all known costs and rates of exchange as at the 01st March 2011, any significant changes beyond the control of Ketas Safaris will be passed on to passengers.
• Ketas Safaris also retain the right to alter any arrangements due to local conditions. Ketas Safaris also retains the right to refuse any person from participating or continuing any tour for any reason or if that person causes or is deemed to cause hazard and/or inconvenience other passengers.
