Day 1:

Arrive Nairobi
• This day upon arrival at the Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta international airport, met and transferred to the hotel. Lunch and dinner not included
• Overnight at The Nairobi Hotel  

Day 2:

Nairobi Amboseli National Park
• Breakfast at the hotel, depart to the Amboseli National Park arriving for lunch at the Lodge. After lunch proceed on the afternoon game drives in the park.
• Dinner and overnight in the Amboseli National Park in a Safari Lodge or Tented Camp (Full Board)

Day 3:

Amboseli National Park
• Breakfast at the lodge. Morning and afternoon game viewing drives in the park, within this park is a temporary lake, Lake Amboseli, which flood during years of heavy rainfall. Amboseli is famous for its big game and its great scenic beauty- the landscape is dominated by Mount Kilimanjaro and ‘floating’ elephants within the swamps.
• Dinner and overnight in the Amboseli National Park in a Safari Lodge or Tented Camp (Full Board)

Day 4:

Amboseli to Arusha onto Lake Manyara National Park
• Early breakfast at the lodge; depart to the Namanga border between Kenya and Tanzania for custom and immigration formalities and vehicle exchange. Thereafter continue to Arusha for lunch and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. All check in and if time permits proceed on the afternoon game viewing drives in the park
• Dinner and overnight at the Lake Manyara National Park in a Safari Lodge or Tented Camp

Day 5:

Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
• Early morning game viewing drives in the park returning for breakfast at the lodge, rest of the morning at leisure, lunch at the lodge then depart through the coffee and wheat firms of Karatu and the Ngorongoro highlands arriving mid afternoon at the Ngorongoro Serena safari lodge or Ngorongoro Wildlife Safari Lodge.
• Dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge or Ngorongoro Wildlife Safari Lodge

Day 6:

Ngorongoro Crater
• Early breakfast at the Ngorongoro. Descend to the crater floor for a full day of game viewing drives with picnic lunch served by the Hippo Pool. Later in the evening ascend and return to the lodge.
• Dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge or Ngorongoro Wildlife Safari Lodge

Day 7:

Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park
• Breakfast at the lodge; depart on a leisurely drive to the Serengeti national park via the Olduvai Gorge the cradle of early African man. Thereafter continue across the plains arriving for lunch at the lodge and then proceed on the afternoon game viewing drives in the park
• Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti National Park in a Safari Lodge or Tented Camp

Day 8:

Central Serengeti National Park
• Morning and afternoon game viewing drives in the magical Serengeti national park. November to July sees the great wildebeest migration herds spread through the open plains – a spectacle not to be missed
• Lunch, dinner and overnight in Serengeti National Park in a Safari Lodge or Tented Camp. (Full Board)

Day 9:

Serengeti National Park to Maasai Mara Game Reserve
• Early morning breakfast at the lodge, depart to Maasai Mara with a short stop at the border for customs and immigration formalities and vehicle exchange. Thereafter proceed and arrive mid afternoon at the Maasai Mara Game Reserve and continue to the lodge with a game drive en route.
• Dinner and overnight at the Safari Lodge or Tented Camp.(Full Board)

Day 10:

Maasai Mara Game Reserve
• Breakfast at the Lodge. Full day’s game drives in the reserve, this is a beautiful park teeming with elephants, lions, wildebeest, zebras among others
• Dinner and overnight in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve in a Safari Lodge or Tented Camp. (Full Board)

Day 11:

Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park
• Breakfast at the hotel; depart to the lake Nakuru National Park arriving for lunch, after lunch proceed on the afternoon game drives in this beautiful park
• Dinner and overnight at the Safari Lodge or Tented Camp. (Full Board)

Day 12:

Lake Nakuru National Park to Nairobi for departure
• Morning game drives returning to the lodge for breakfast, after breakfast depart to Nairobi arriving midafternoon and transfer to the Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta international airport to catch your departure flight home.

Services Included Are:

• 1 night in Nairobi on bed and breakfast only
• 10 nights on full board basis at Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Amboseli National Parks
• Ground transportation in Kenya in a custom Safari Minivan on exclusive basis and in Tanzania in a 4x4 top of the market land cruiser vehicle on exclusive basis with services of a driver guide
• All game drives.
• All park fees.
• 2 bottles of water (300ml) per person per day in the vehicle
• Visit to a cultural village in Maasai Mara or Amboseli

Services not included

• International airfares and visa entry charges to Tanzania (About US$50 per person)
• Items of personal use e.g. drinks, laundry, telephone, tips, personal travel insurance
• Extra/outdoor activities offered by the individual lodges or hotels and any other service not mentioned above

Terms and conditions:

• Children: 2-12 years if sharing with adults are charged 75% of the adult rates, if on own room full amount as adults. 
• Ketas Safaris requires a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost upon confirmation of the safari and the balance 60 days prior to the arrival for clients to safeguard the reservation.
• Reservations will be cancelled if the final payment is not received by the due date with full loss of deposit.

Cancellations:

• All cancellation must made in writing to Ketas Safaris and all cancellation will be charged a cancellation penalty depending on the number of days before tour departure:
• Between 45 days and 30 days      No refund of the deposit
• Less than 30 days                        No refund of the land cost
• There is no refund of any unused portion of your safari once commenced. Cancellation penalties on Airfare are additional and are not included in the above cancellation charges.

  
Important Information:

• Tour cost are based on all known costs and rates of exchange as at the 01st November 2011, any significant changes beyond the control of Ketas Safaris will be passed on to passengers.
• Ketas Safaris also retain the right to alter any arrangements due to local conditions. Ketas Safaris also retains the right to refuse any person from participating or continuing any tour for any reason or if that person causes or is deemed to cause hazard and/or inconvenience other passengers.
